General

What is The Beautiful Occasions?

TBO is a set of simple planning tools for events, holidays, gifts, and special occasions.

Do I need an account to use it?

No — you can start planning without an account. To save a plan and come back to it later, you'll create an account and save that specific plan.

What can I plan with TBO?

Budgets, event details, gifts, holiday planning, countdowns, and other occasion-related plans depending on the tool.

Is TBO for weddings only?

No. It can help with weddings, but it's also for birthdays, showers, family gatherings, holidays, church events, school events, and smaller celebrations.

Saving & Payments

What's free?

You can create and fully work on a plan in your current session for free — no artificial limits on the free experience.

What's paid?

Saving a plan so you can return to it, edit it later, and use saved-plan features is a one-time purchase per plan — not a subscription. Price depends on the tool (event, vacation, or holiday planning).

Why is saving paid?

Saving turns a one-time planning session into something you can keep, edit, and return to. That's what the one-time purchase covers.

Do I get charged again later?

No. It's a one-time purchase per plan, not a recurring charge.

Co-planners

Can I invite someone to help plan?

Yes, for event and vacation plans — once saved, you can invite a co-planner by email to view and edit the plan with you.

Can I remove a co-planner?

Yes. The plan owner can revoke access at any time.

What happens if I archive or delete a plan?

Archived plans are removed from your active planning view but not lost. Deleted plans are permanently removed.

Privacy & Data

Who can see my plans?

Only you, anyone you've invited as a co-planner, and anyone you intentionally share access with.

Do you sell my information?

No.

Can I delete my plans?

Yes, at any time.
